  • Original packaging and tags are appreciated but not strictly required.

  • Returns are accepted as long as items are in reasonable condition.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, intimate wear (such as lingerie) cannot be returned. Items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Our team will share simple return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using any reliable courier service. A trackable method is recommended.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (via PayPal).

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all costs and provide either a full refund or a free replacement shipped directly to your home.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like another size or style, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll send a free replacement right away.
