⚠️ For hygiene reasons, intimate wear (such as lingerie) cannot be returned. Items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all costs and provide either a full refund or a free replacement shipped directly to your home.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like another size or style, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll send a free replacement right away.
